care bear illustration commissions

PRICING AND DETAILS

$30 price includes: 1 full-body full-color illustration of a custom care bear, 1 custom belly badge design, 1 accessory, and 1 simple background.
add another bear to the illustration for an additional $15!
anthro designs cost $45. reference image/s for an outfit are preferred but not necessary.
additional accessories, complex backgrounds and designs may incur an additional fee. i will always inform you before i begin if your design will incur additional charges.

HOW IT WORKS

1. please send an email to [email protected] to begin the commission process. please include the following information:
- if you already have a bear designed, please send any reference photos for me to work from
- if you want me to design your bear from scratch, please mention any design details you would like me to include: color palette, belly badge design, and how you would like them posed
- please include a description of the background you would like me to include behind your bear
- please include a date for when you would like the commission completed by, if applicablei do not offer price quotes or communication via tumblr, facebook, or instagram messages. please send an email and i’ll get back to you promptly!

2. when i receive your initial email i will send you a price. once you confirm that you would like to move forward with the commission i will send a link to a paypal invoice. 50% of the payment via paypal is required before i begin the commission. after this initial payment is received, turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks

3. during the commission process i will send a small color thumbnail sketch of the belly badge and the full-body care bear via email, at which point you may request any changes. once the sketches and colors have been approved, no major changes can be requested

4. once the commission is complete, i will send a second invoice for the remaining amount that is due

5. i do not personally print and send physical artwork. if you would like a print of your commission, please let me know at the beginning of the process. once your commission is complete i can upload the file to my inprnt store and send you a private link where you can purchase the print for a discounted price and have it shipped to you. i will also send a full resolution file of your painting via email if you would like to get it printed locally.

stuff that i will not paint:
- nsfw/nudity or any kind of sexual content
- extreme gore, occult/demonic characters or symbols
- flags of any kind, political symbols
- pda/romantic interactions (i will draw multiple characters in a scene, but no sexual or romantic scenarios)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- the artwork i create is for personal use only unless otherwise negotiated/stated during the commission process.
- commissions may be used for icons, timeline covers, blog themes, etc. (with credit please!)
i reserve the right to display any commissioned art online via social media, personal website, twitch streams
- i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. prices and availability are subject to change
- i reserve the right to refuse or drop any commission for any reason. if i must drop a commission that a client has already paid for, the client will receive a full refund
